The sun rises, there is air to breathe, water to drink, and land to stand
on, but for how much longer? Our fears have been directed upon the more dramatic
and glamorous enemies without. Despite warnings, we persist with the senselessness
of lemmings, blithely running towards the abyss. Regard the pretty pass our
short-termism has brought us to. There will be a Reckoning.
A joint project in two parts initiated by King's Artist-Run Initiative in Melbourne,
the second part opens in Melbourne in September 2009.
